Provide the expertise and support to develop and provide a Leadership Focus Programme to all students, progressing from Year 9 to Year 13.
Integrate technology and innovation to diversify and advance educational methodology and the achievement of learning & development outcomes.
Provide programmes, expertise and support to facilitate the pursuit of excellence within academic, equestrian, sport, music, speech & drama, debating and performing arts; by individuals and teams.
Provide the expertise and support to develop and provide a Service Focus Programme to all students, progressing from Year 9 to Year 13.
Provide careers advice, planning & experiences that prepare every student for their future career and learning pathway.

Develop the Nga Tawa campus into a unique, healthy and safe environment which enhances the development and the health and wellbeing of all students and staff.
Develop a new multi-purpose sports facility; to provide recreational, sporting and social opportunities for the Nga Tawa family.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships within the Nga Tawa family; to meet the individual learning and development needs & the IDP of every student.
Provide pastoral care in such a way as to nurture the emotional, social and spiritual development of every student.
We develop a viable, innovative & sustainable business, to achieve the growth and longevity of Nga Tawa Diocesan School.
Develop a 5 year Strategic Marketing Plan and Budget, to increase retention and increase the school population.
Adopt sustainability practices for the purchase, use and disposal of all resources throughout the school.
Establish mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships, to assist Nga Tawa to achieve the Vision, Mission and Strategic Goals & Objectives.
Ensure the achievement of the Vision, Mission and Strategic Aims and Objectives through governance, management and organisational structure, expertise and experience.
Develop Management Procedures and Systems to implement Policy.
Develop & maintain Governance and School Performance Review processes.
