Our wonderful Manager of Senior Boarding is moving to Auckland with her partner, creating an opportunity for someone new to carry on her excellent work with our girls.
Nga Tawa is a special character boarding and day school for Year 9-13 girls in Marton, Rangitikei.
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Manager of Senior Boarding to oversee our Year 11-13 boarding environment.
Reporting to the Director of Wellbeing, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our senior boarding environment, including leading a team of staff dedicated to the care of each year level. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of cultural diversity are essential, along with a clean driver’s licence and a current first aid certificate.
Applicants with management experience and a background in education or healthcare will be well suited to this role.
Days and hours of work during the school term are negotiable, with some holiday work required for professional development and planning. Onsite accommodation may be available if needed.
