Over the course of Patrick's career, he has competed successfully at national and international farrier competitions. As a result of his success at these competitions, he was invited to judge and give clinics at both a national and international level.
Career highlights for Patrick include winning the New Zealand National title several times; placing 4th in the team shoeing at Stoneleigh, England 2002; placing 7th at the World Champs in Calgary, Canada 2005.; winning the Queensland Championships (Ekka), Australia 2017 and then returning in 2018 as judge.
Patrick is extremely passionate about his trade and enjoys making tools and shoes to improve the performance of horses in various disciplines.
