Our qualified resident coaches are on-site daily to give students the best opportunity to succeed in their chosen discipline.


LIBBY RAYNER - Director of Equestrian

Competed to the following levels:

Eventing to CCI***, show jumping to 1.40m and dressage to Level 4

NZPCA Inter Pacific team member 2003

2019 ESNZ Eventing Interschool team Chef d’Equippe

2019 ESNZ Show Jumping Interschool team Chef d’Equippe

Has coached regional teams to NZPCA National Championships in dressage, show jumping and eventing

SANDY FRYATT - Deputy Director of Equestrian

Eventing internationally to CCI*****

Member of winning Trans-Tasman Eventing team 1995

Winner of CCI*** National Eventing titles

Horse of the Year title winner and dressage competitor to Level 5

Horse breeder and trainer of young horses

Has coached regional teams to NZPCA National Championship in dressage and eventing

Coach of Equitation Science learning theory system


ANNA ASH - Resident Coach and International Equestrian Student Liaison

Winner of national titles in Equitation Showing

Thoroughbred race work rider on the flat, hurdles and steeples

Competed in dressage at national level Jumping for beginners coach

National Certificate in Equine Sport Horse Stable Practice Level 3


ROBYN NORTH - Resident Coach

Accomplished show jump and event rider

Former coach at Waikato Equestrian Centre, St Peter’s School, Cambridge, and of nationally acclaimed Waikato Area PC Eventing team


SARAH FANNIN - Resident Coach

Competed nationally at Pony Grand Prix and Young Rider level

Numerous Horse of the Year titles in showing, show hunter and show jumping

Amateur jockey

Passionate about helping young riders across a range of equestrian disciplines

Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology


AMY MCVERRY - Resident Coach and Primary School Co-ordinator

Pony club coach

Keen hunter and a member of Rangitikei Hunt for 15+ years
